WHEN DO YOU NEED AN ARC FORM?

An ARC Form is needed for every exterior change to your home -- landscaping, exterior colors, roofing, paving, windows, awnings, mailboxes, gutters, screened cages, etc.  When in doubt send in an ARC Form.

Last year the VCA suspended ARC forms for roofing replacement,  repairs and screening due to Hurricane IRMA.  In May of 2018 the ARC Forms were once again needed on all exterior changes to your buildings -- hurricane related or not.

All ARC forms for changes along Vintage Trace must be approved by VCA Board prior to work starting.  The VCA Board meets once per month so please plan accordingly.

ARC Forms are available on-line or call Pegasus and they will mail you one.  THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR COOPERATION.

VINTAGE TRACE ROOFS

Due to Irma the VCA did not send out notices to residents about their dirty roofs.

Beginning this month Pegasus will send out letters to all residents with roofs that need to be cleaned.  We have received several complaints regarding the dirty roofs along Vintage Trace.   Please comply with this request as soon as possible.
GOLF COURSE - CONSTRUCTION ZONE!!
The golf course is still under construction and there is  NO WALKING, RIDING BIKES, DRIVING GOLF CARTS OR WALKING YOUR DOG allowed on golf course property!

If you are NOT a member of the country club you are trespassing on private property.

EVERYONE PLEASE STAY OFF GOLF COURSE!
MISCELLANEOUS UPDATES

For the most part all hurricane damage has been taken care of.  The chain link fence still needs work but is not considered a priority at the moment.  Both the ficus bushes along the north perimeter of the property and the test section of calusia bushes in front of the temporary fence have been doing well.

In order to prepare next year's budget the VCA has hired Davidson Engineering to develop pricing and a timeline for improving the lake banks and water.  We expect this proposal within the next 30 days.

At our last meeting a representative from Davidson Engineering reported that they see no issue with the weir and they do not suggest dredging the lakes.   He also answered questions from the audience.  Davidson believes issues can be addressed through plantings, etc and they have had success in other communities with this process.  When projected costs are received the VCA board will determine how to finance this project.

IF YOU SEE A SECURITY ISSUE, CALL THE NON-EMERGENCY NUMBER LISTED, NOT THE FRONT GATE.
