Bidding process has
started for the lakes study which will provide more specific
projections of costs associated with the project for evaluation.
VCA Board has met
with Aldi to formulate a plan for the upkeep of their property and
signage to steer traffic away from the common driveway.
Aldi's legal department is developing plan and our lawyer will
finalize plan after approval of VCA Board. There has been no
further development from Dunkin Donuts.

vehicles with a Vines barcode must be updated/validated per the
