received word that the spillway was blocked. NO ONE is to block that
spillway for any reason!!!! We have already experienced flooding in
one community and do not wish it to continue. If you see
anyone attempting to block the spillway, please call Pegasus
LAKE STUDY - There
was a mis-communication regarding our decision on replacement of
the fountain. The fountain and/or bubblers has been
discussed and included under the Lake Study and is currently out
for bids. We are working wth Davidson Eng. and will
determine if it is possible to replace the fountain and when.
The 2 street drains
in front of the Clubhouse are being cleared of all the
construction debris and we hope to see no more street flooding in
