Happy New Year!  We are almost at full resident capacity so please look out for residents and their guests walking & biking at all hours of the day and into the night.

REMEMBER there is NO walking or biking on the golf course - it is for golfers and their carts ONLY

Speeding has become a problem. Please watch your speed and drive courteously. You are required to STOP at all "stop signs".

If everyone on VTC could turn on their outside lights, 6pm to 10 pm,

it would help make the community more welcoming and also add lighting to the streets.   Many inexpensive light controls are available at most hardware stores.

Please submit ARC forms prior to your contractor starting work.  Make sure to include color chips, description of materials, Florida contractor's license and liability insurance.  Yes, you DO NEED an ARC  form for new landscaping.

We received word that the spillway was blocked. NO ONE is to block that spillway for any reason!!!! We have already experienced flooding in one community and do not wish it to continue.  If you see anyone attempting to block the spillway, please call Pegasus immediately.

LAKE STUDY - There was a mis-communication regarding our decision on replacement of the fountain.  The fountain and/or bubblers has been discussed and included under the Lake Study and is currently out for bids.  We are working wth Davidson Eng. and will determine if it is possible to replace the fountain and when.

The 2 street drains in front of the Clubhouse are being cleared of all the construction debris and we hope to see no more street flooding in that area.

Next big project is to replace wiring for the bollard lights along VTC.  This will happen during the spring/summer months of 2019.

Dunkin Donuts has approached the Village with a new engineering company.  We have not heard from them to date.

COMCAST/XFINITY recently sent a letter to most residents.  Our primary contact for assistance is Jared Heidt, 239-227-8619,
