The VCA Board wishes everyone safe travels for the summer!

For those residents leaving for the summer please use the hurricane booklet (on VCA website) that the VCA passed out last year to secure your home for the summer.  Take in all loose impediments, chairs planters, flags, etc.  Strong winds make everything a projectile.   Donate canned goods to food pantry and use all your frozen food.  If you have already left ask your house watch person to help.

Please do not place landscaping debris in the street drains.  Dispose of it properly (pickup on Wednesday by Waste Pro).  During storms the drains will clog and we will have street flooding.  Help prevent this from occurring.

Real Estate sign

Please report to your VCA rep any real estate signs that do not conform to VCA ByLaws.  All signs should have the Vines logo with arrow or "open house" in green and white  All other types of signage are prohibited.

Your help is most appreciated.

The STOP SIGNS are not a suggestion!  They are legal Stop Signs so please STOP.  Be aware of residents on the roadways walking, running and biking.

Walkers and runners go against traffic; bikers with traffic; everyone in

single file when there is a car - share the roadway!

There is NO use of the golf course cart paths for walking, running or biking.

The VCA has installed a new fountain.  It is up and running on a 12 hour day.  Spray pattern is "Fleur De Lis", and fountain has lighting and wind control.  We are monitoring the system and any "kinks" will be handled as they occur.

During month of May old wiring will be replaced along VTC and additional fence repairs will be done. This is ongoing replacement of 30 year old wiring and continued IRMA repair.

We are in process of reviewing the Lake Study (loaded on VCA website for your review).   The study addresses restoring the banks on both golf and residential sides; fixing all of the drains to the 5 foot level, rip wrap and littoral plantings to hold the ground on the banks and improve water quality.  Everyone is responsible for our environment, residents and golf club members alike.  Everyone's cooperation will be needed to complete project.
