gate arm

Recently we have had several cases of cars not allowing proper distance at the Barrier Arms at both the front and back gates resulting in the cars hitting or being hit by the barrier arm.

Please remember that hitting and damaging the barrier arm can cause the entrance/exit to be closed until a repair can be made. Also, the driver will be responsible for the cost of repairs and may be fined.

Please drive slowly and allow for the proper distances when going through the gates. "DO NOT PASS THE BARCODE READER", until the car in front of you has passed the Stop Sign (main gate) or passed through the swing gates (Nuthatch).

All residents/members need to be aware that having plastic license plate covers are prohibited as they prevent our video system from being able to read the plate properly.

Continued use of these plastic plate covers will result in the bar code being deactivated until the cover is removed.
